Creating a new name or Changing your company name is not always an easy transition. New Logos, Letterhead, website updates, business cards and of course customer communication.

What about insurance and existing contracts? Not so easy.. While every situation is different, it is critical that you contact your broker to transition or rewrite your policies. You should obviously also contact your attorney and accountant.

We have rseen cases where this transition ends up that no insurance is in place for old or existing contracts. Most of all if a claim occurs there is no coverage or you cannot get paid from the person you have done business with.
